Is there a minimum number of servings?
Yes. Our events start at 100 guests. Smaller group? Reach out anyway and we will see what we can do.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Spring and summer weekends go fast, so 4 to 8 weeks out is ideal. We can sometimes squeeze in last minute dates, so always ask.
How much space does the truck need?
Plan for a flat spot about 30 feet long and 12 feet wide, plus room for a line to form at the window. We will confirm parking and permits with you before the day.
Can you use tickets or wristbands at my event?
Absolutely. We work with tickets, wristbands, vouchers or a simple headcount. Tell us how your event runs and we will match it.
How do deposits and payment work?
A deposit locks in your date. The balance is due before the event. We accept card, ACH and company checks, and we can work with your accounts payable team.
What is included?
The truck, the crew, fresh baked pretzels, dips, napkins and full setup and cleanup. You just enjoy the party. Lemonade, dogs and extras depend on your package.
Do you serve outside New York City?
Yes. We proudly serve New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, including Westchester and Long Island.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are DOH certified, fully licensed and insured, and happy to send a certificate of insurance to your venue.
